Our Story
Building Indonesia's most trusted online gaming platform
At pro788, we set out with a clear mission: to create Indonesia's most reliable, secure, and exciting online gaming platform. We recognized that Indonesian players deserved better than the fragmented, often unreliable betting experiences available at the time. They needed a platform that understood their preferences, supported their local payment methods, and provided genuine customer service in their language.
Since our launch, we have grown into one of Indonesia's leading online gaming destinations, serving tens of thousands of satisfied players across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and beyond. Our success stems from an unwavering commitment to three core principles: security, convenience, and fairness. We have invested heavily in building a platform that meets international standards while being perfectly tailored to the Indonesian market.
What sets pro788 apart is our deep understanding of Indonesian players' needs. We know that convenience matters, which is why we support instant deposits through all major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, as well as popular e-wallets like OVO, DANA, and GoPay. We understand the sports you love, offering comprehensive coverage of BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and even badminton – Indonesia's Olympic pride. We appreciate the games that resonate with Indonesian culture, from traditional togel (lottery numbers game) to modern live dealer casino experiences powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play.
Our platform is designed with Indonesian players in mind from the ground up. While we present our content in international English to serve the premium, globally-minded segment of Indonesia's betting market, our customer support team is fluent in Indonesian and available 24/7 to assist with any questions or concerns. We process transactions in Indonesian Rupiah, eliminate unnecessary currency conversion fees, and ensure that withdrawal times are optimized for Indonesian banking hours and holidays.
Security and responsible gaming form the foundation of everything we do at pro788. We employ bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption to protect every transaction and personal detail. All our casino games use certified Random Number Generators audited by independent testing labs, ensuring completely fair outcomes. We hold our players' trust sacred and have implemented comprehensive responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion options, and reality checks. We strictly enforce our 21+ age policy through rigorous ID verification during account registration.
Looking ahead, we remain committed to continuous improvement and innovation. We regularly expand our game library with the latest releases from premium providers, enhance our mobile platform for seamless on-the-go betting, and refine our features based on player feedback. Our VIP program now offers six exclusive tiers with increasingly generous rewards, personalized service, and access to special events. We are constantly working to make pro788 not just a betting platform, but a complete entertainment destination that Indonesian players can trust and enjoy for years to come.
